It's 50 ohms. The yellow stuff is basically a bit better than RG-8. It has double shielding and a #12 ga. solid copper center conductor. Bend radius is about 2 ft. The thinnet is an average RG-58. Crimp-on N and BNC connectors are available. Crimp tools are cheap ($50). It has the same characteristics, but a smaller OD. Belden also makes several different RG-8 and RG-58 variants. Their characteristics vary. I've chosen the "best" but a Belden catalog is a good thing to have, if you're splitting dBs, or want to know the characteristics of a certain Belden product.
